This kind of widget is fun to use, and fits really well for mobile applications, where there is an obvious lack of place. And, on google phone, users are used with this widget, as there is one on the home page !
Here are some screen of this widget in action :
Enjoy !

What do you mean link does not work ?
The link to the anddev forum where it was born and discussed first is still ok.

Hi, thank you for this great work, this custom sliding drawer is really nice! But I need to do some modification and I don't know what to change. I'm using a quite big 9patch image as an handle and every time I close the sliding drawer, it redraw the background in case the user put 2 images (openHandle and closeHandle), I want it to not modify the handle view when it close because with my big image, we can see the background during the time it's redrawing the handle view. What do I have to change?
Thx a lot
Can you tell the semi opened sliding drawer?
Really good one. Although, one issue, when the top drawer is clicked (click and hold) it pushes the content down. Can this be avoided?
So cool, it's really useful for me.
Hi, nice post, can anyone please tell me how to close the panel on select of any panel content.
Thank you
